Laundry – All Free & Clear

One of the first steps I took…years and years ago…was switch to smell free laundry detergent. I have a mother-in-law that can’t be around any smells. I’m talking shampoo, conditioner, hair product, deodorant, perfume,  candles,  etc… Although I switched to make it easier when visiting her, I found that I preferred to not have those chemicals and added smells near me either. I had switched before my children were born, turned out, they were also sensitive. My boys both had eczema as babies and my daughter had minor asthma that she had for a few years and has grown out of with the help of BREATHE essential oil.  We never wear newly purchased clothes without first washing away the chemicals.  New bedding and towels are also washed first in All Free and Clear before use.

This was an initial step.

In the near future I will look into some homemade laundry detergent options that will be healthiest for my family.
